Gazania Blossom in Watercolor

Gazania Blossom In Watercolor

I painted my first Gazania blossom!

It’s the first day of the 30 paintings in 30 days challenge. I have to tell you, I thought I wasn’t going to get my painting done in time. Starting on a holiday is kind of risky. Luckily, I finished!

My theme for this painting challenge is “In the Garden” so I plan to paint flowers, bugs, and maybe a few fairies too. I am going to do as many paintings as possible in watercolors, but I know there will be some alcohol ink paintings mixed in too. Watercolors take longer so there will be days I need to speed up the painting process. Plus, knowing me, I’ll need to shake things up a bit at some point.

If you have a flower you’d like to see me paint tell me in the comment section. I can’t guarantee I will paint it, but I will certainly try.

Go check out the other people participating in the 30 in 30 painting challenge and be prepared to be impressed by the talent!

I hope you had a safe and Happy Labor Day!

P.S. I am over on Lefty Pop today poking fun at both bloggers and the Kardashian’s. Stop by and say hello!
